Bakelite Express...40 Classic Nostalgia Rarities from the Hit Radio Series

Pack your bags, sit back, and take a ride on the Bakelite Express. A 40 track collection of some of the great, occasionally quirky, tunes of the 20's, 30's and 40's performed by the likes of Sinatra, Day, Garland, Fitzgerald, Astaire, Calloway, Ellington and Vallee as well as many others. With a lesser-known (and sometimes eccentric) supporting cast, there's no doubt that back in those days, they were really on to something.

Scott Bradlee's Post Modern Jukebox Remake of “Are You Gonna be My Girl" featuring Addie Hamilton

Post Modern Jukebox's latest release: Addie Hamilton – who describes herself as “your grandma’s best friend” – in our swing remake of Jet’s “Are You Gonna Be My Girl“.

"It took hearing her sing exactly one phrase before I determined that Addie was absolutely perfect for PMJ.  She’s truly an old soul, with a genuine love of all things vintage.  She’s also incredibly accomplished for someone that is not yet 21 years old; she’s been nominated for an Emmy Award as a songwriter, and works quite a bit as a model and set designer in her spare time." ...PMJ site
